Bathroom Question

I can’t believe I have to ask this, but are the bathrooms at Disney World child-friendly? Do they have smaller toilets, or smaller toilet seats, or lower sinks or anything?

Should I plan to bring our travel folding potty seat?? I would so love to be able to leave that home!

The toilets are regular public restroom toilets.

You might bring a potty seat to fit on top and post it notes to cover the sensor so it doesn’t flush while kiddo is busy

Thanks! So I guess I cannot escape the big bag-o-stuff quite yet.

There are some lower sinks. But exactly as @OBNurseNH says for the toilets.

Also, most of the toilets are automatic flushers. If that is going to be unexpected or scary, post it notes might help (over the automatic eye).

I think all the toilets are too low. The handicap stalls have highboys. I never brought potty seats for my littles.

We didn’t do a potty seat - I guess it was the balance on the edge exercise.

But boy howdy we needed the post-its for the super scary auto-toilet tornado.

:astonished:

Tip for the automatic flushing toilets - a piece of toilet paper wet at one end (honestly, I just spit on it) stuck to the wall over the sensor works just as well as post-its and requires no advance planning.
