I am not on FB so I cant do the Aug group, but was wondering if anyone was going to be at SSR Aug 4-10 I have requested congress park area, and we are not doing parks(although I have an AP and might slip in for snacks and shopping in E- have reserved it almost every day)

We are planning pool, outlet shopping, beach, and lots of dining. Any one have any fun suggestions(we have a car too). Would love a Beach suggestion- my friend loves Clearwater/Indian Rocks, but thinking that might be far

I prefer beaches on the gulf coast over Atlantic. If you have small children, Pine Island in Hernando county is very shallow for a great distance. Also, there are mermaids in Weeki Watchee :wink:

Thanks for the great suggestion @vcka, no kids, but I see the shelf on the map- might be great for 1 50/ 1 40 yo’s that want to float in warm water.

Oh it’s definitely warm due to its shallowness.
