I took it yesterday - it was easy to buy the ticket, just scan in and go. Picked up in front of the hotel, dopped off near the rest of the buses and shuttles. It was super easy and I would recommend for anyone at the four convention center hotels.

It is definitely a value add. Getting to the Toy Story lot wasn’t bad, but you can track the shuttle through the site to help with timing, so I think the shuttle is better.
The only downside is that I do not believe that shuttle was accessible.
