I tried searching for the answer, but I am probably looking in the wrong places… Can you purchase Genie+ or LL for your arrival day? We plan on getting to MCO by 10:00am hopefully arriving at POP by Noon. We want to LL Guardians at Epcot for that afternoon. Can I do this before we are checked into the resort, or do you have to check in first?

Yes you can.
You do not have to stop at resort. You’ll be able to do the things at 7am as an on-site guest. Your privileges start that day.

Guardians is an Individual Lighting Lane (Individual Attraction Selection.)
You don’t need to purchase Genie+ In order to purchase Guardians.

You can also join the virtual queue for Guardians without a Genie+ purchase.
We were able to do that our arrival day in July and it worked out fairly well. I will say later in the day the virtual queue line in Guardians is longer, but it was manageable. We were around 50 minutes near 5PM on arrival day, vs. more like 15-20 at 1PM on another day in the virtual queue. The ILL wait is VERY short though which may make it worth paying for depending on your timing needs.
