Are there any park tours that anyone would recommend? I am specifically looking at ones like Keys to the Kingdom, Starlight Safari, etc. Won’t do the VIP tours - just not wanting to spend that much.

I’ve done Starlight Safari once before, and will be doing it again very soon! I could not recommend it enough. It was a fantastic way to see the animals and the CMs were amazing with their information, and let you ask questions!

Are those hard to book? How far in advance can you book?
60 days out
I think Starlight Safari is very hard to get (only 2 trucks go out per night IIRC) but the others aren’t too bad

To add to @OBNurseNH ’s reply, they open at midnight 60 days out and you get 10 days / length of stay if staying onsite.
