Are frozen after waits realistic?

I’m going to Epcot at the end of August, not staying on site so I was finally now able to book fast passes and of course Frozen wasn’t available.

The touring plan I created wants to put Frozen at 1 pm and is saying it’s only a 35 minute wait. Now, it’s supposed to be a low crowd day for summer, but my past experience at Disney was that even slow rides get busy in the afternoon, and I haven’t heard anything indicating that you can get frozen wait times that low mid day.

Am I wrong for mistrusting the magic calculator?

I guess my concern would be that there just isn’t enough data yet for solid predictions. Maybe add a break after so you have some cushion. And/or plan to hit it right before closing.
