I am pretty sure the answer is yes but want to confirm. My ADR reservation and FPP window can be within the same window of time? Ex. I have a BOG ADR at noon and also want to schedule a FPP for say 12:15-1:15, assuming I would ride at the end of the FPP window.

Yes, it will give you a warning, but it is no problem to overlap.
