DH wanted me to ask if anyone here has ME/CFS? If so, he’d love to know how you survive in WDW especially in the heat. Any tips or tricks would be great!

I didn’t recall what this was until I looked it up.
I don’t have it. I do have arthritis and I do a lot of pacing at Disney. Thankfully there are a lot of benches.
You’ll have ECVs so the pacing would be more air conditioning related. @TheSafetyLady’s most recent trip involved much air conditioning pacing.
We’ve also brought the cool packs that are activated by squeezing. I’m the only one that’s needed them and usually it’s someone else noticing I’m too hot and slapping an activated pack on the back of my neck.
One article mentioned an occupational therapist. If there’s access to one before you leave, this may provide the sort of info necessary for a successful trip.
I also have to start with the electrolyte additive at breakfast.
