Haven’t posted in a while, but I found some top-tier content that needs to be seen, and the forum was the first place I thought of.
As I work, I watch old planning videos on YouTube. I’ve seen most of them multiple times, but I came across a new one today. The Magic Kingdom Gold Card video from ‘92. Feels like a fever dream.
I love watching the old planning videos! I’ll have to check this one out - I’m sure I haven’t seen this particular one.

I haven’t watched the whole thing but I have started it and it definitely contains a lot of stock footage that was used in other videos I have seen. However, I noticed this little gem that they snuck in! (See the 4:22 mark.) I thought my eyes deceived me so I had to go almost frame by frame. 
Yes! the gold card videos end up talking about other destinations, including DLR and cruising (this one references the big red boat). Not strictly WDW.
The particular segment with the DLH was purportedly a tour around the Magic Kingdom, so I think it was an error on the editor’s part.
We have strayed so far from the light! 
One of my favorite planning videos features Dave who was all about relaxing. He talked a lot about benches in the park and sitting down at Epcot TS restaurants.
We still have the DVDs that Disney used to send because they are so fun. DH and I still reference Dave.
That’s the 05’-'06 video! It also had the teens who go around the parks. Definitely one of the most creative planning videos!

20,000 Leagues Under the Sea! I remember waiting in very long, hot lines for this one back in the 80s and early 90s only to board a submarine that was even hotter and stuffier.
If you were in the summertime can picture it hotter and stuffier much more worse.
