Anyone know how to get REAL tech support from Disney World?

It just doesn’t feel like what we used to think of Disney World when it comes to customer service/guest experience. But oh well, we got to go to Disney. :grinning:

Well, my hot take: GCs and credit cards are not the same kind of transaction, so the chance that there was a problem with BOTH of those payment types is slightly lower than Spaceship Earth fitting into my suitcase.

She is a terrible support person and should be retrained and stop making up things when she doesn’t know the answer.

Altho only my credit card and I was pretty sure it was Disney having the problem.

which mostly means I forgot to follow up on the credit card. I did have one that would lock down constantly over any little odd purchase but that was before Target got hacked on Black Friday
