Anyone else stuck in the phone purgatory? Our TA was in the queue at 6 am, got hung up on after an hour, got back in with a 3 hour wait time, got hung up on after 2 hours… and now can’t get through at all. I know this happened during the AP/DVC windows as well… just hoping for an early date! Currently still showing availability for about half of April, most of May and all of June, so fingers crossed…

Hang in there. Our TA was on hold for 9 hours on the Visa day, and managed to get us our first choice date. The weekday dates are less popular, so good to have at least one of those as an option.

My friend was on hold for 4.5 hours this morning, but was eventually able to book.
Finally got through to pre-screening around 3:30 and had reservations by 6… yay! But what a beating…
