Another question about online check in and room requests

I understand that if I want to make a room request (in my case I’m requesting “newly refurbished room” at the Beach Club), I should EITHER use the Touring Plans fax request OR tell the CM on the phone when I’m making the reservation. I opted to tell the CM. She read back to me what she wrote and it sounded fine to me.

Now, when i check in online I’m given a few choices from which I can choose two. Upper floor, large balcony are two of the choices.

Should I not check any of these? I’m wondering if they will override my previous requests.

We did both last time and got what we wanted. Unless one of them will contradict what you told the CM it should be fine.
