Animal Kingdom rope drop transportation question

We were unable to get a fpp for for today at 60 days out. Going to pivot to rope drop and have a navi fpp at 900.

So, with a 5 and 7yo (7 yo is small, still booster seat) what is my best option to get to around 730?

We are staying at POR. I don’t mind paying for taxi…Minnie van, etc if needed. Just want to to make sure we get there early.

I’d recommend the Minnie Van - they’re guaranteed to have carseats available, where a standard Lyft might not.
