Has anyone stayed at akl recently club level and gotten turndown service. I was told it was still available upon request
Yes, I requested it last month. It did not happen the first night. It was also different than other CLs I have stayed at (usually they check and change out towels). AKL did not provide clean towels or any service other than some chocolates and turn down.
