This is our first trip booking an accessible room, We have booked a King/Double room. My understanding is that it is two adjoining rooms, but booked as one. I was looking to make our room request, but unfortunately I am unable to find any info regarding the actual room numbers. I have found that there are four rooms and they are in building one, but no specifics. Does anyone have any additional information on these rooms? Thanks in advance!
We stayed in June and were in building 10 not 1. I was also told by the CM that they don’t have these rooms and they had to make one just for us. They had to put one room in my name and the other in my wife’s. This caused problems but were easily fixed.
