If our priority is seeing as many animals as possible, where have y’all had the best luck?

At Kidani, we always request low floor, near lobby. We usually get the lobby-level floor (I think that’s 2nd floor?)—twice we were on the floor above the lobby—and usually within one “bead” (look on the map, the building is supposed to resemble a beaded necklace) north of the lobby.
In all of our stays at Kidani (10? 12?) we have only once been on the south side of the lobby. I think if you request “near bus stop” you get the south side, since there’s a walkway right to the bus stop from the south wing.
I prefer the lower floors because there are no tree tops blocking any potential animal views
