Interesting. Maybe they’re trying to figure out how many people DON’T want to do all the thrill rides, and they realize they need to make more non-thrill ride people eaters (duh!). There are a lot of folk like DH who are sensitive to motion.

I know for me personally I won’t pay to ride SDMT- not worth it. Would pay for Space mountain r though if necessary.

It’s interesting. Even though I like SM more than 7DMT, I wouldn’t pay for SM because I can do EE RD and wait 15 mins whereas I will pay for 7DMT because the line is always a longer wait. I view it as paying for the saved time vs paying for the ride.

I also do EE SM, which is why I wouldn’t pay for it in most situations but if I felt like sleeping In, I might. I don’t find EE SDMT a good timesaver since the line builds fast, you have to get there very early to be In front of the pack, and how much time does that really save when you’re standing there waiting for EE to start. Just my opinion. The ride to me doesn’t give me the “wow” factor. I skip it almost every trip.

This is MK focused. Was the question just about rides at MK or just rides? Interesting choice. I wonder where this is going? Could they be retheming a coaster? Ir trying to figure one more ILL or an ILL switch? I don’t really like the implications of any of this…
