Although Disney says ADR’s open online at 5.45am ET at 180 days, when I try online or on the app I get “were sorry there is a problem” or “problem connecting with server” for anything over 178 day mark. I am looking for hard to get reservations from the UK. Any ideas what gives with this??
They open at 6am EST which is 11am here.
Are you already past your 180 day? Are you onsite the whole trip? It’s not unusual for either the website or the app to not open up days, but usually one of them will. You could try deleting and reinstalling the app, using a different browser or using a private browser. But otherwise you’ll have to call. Phone lines open at 7am EST/midday here.
