I have gone back and forth all week on the order to book my ADR’s and I’m driving myself nuts… so I thought I’d ask you all for suggestions. I’m allowed to start booking 6/21/25.

We had a tough time getting the space lounge. If you pushed it out later in your trip, you may get better availability. I get though that you may not be able to switch park days/plans.
Edit - I see how they aren’t ordered by date but by priority. Carry on. Ya good!

Did you end up getting into the lounge? I’m even willing to try walk up on my Epcot days… I just wanna enjoy the vibes in there!

Well, we were a party of 5 which doesn’t fit at the lounge but I kept watching leading up and couldn’t hardly ever get a 4 person to pop up.
We didn’t try. Definitely agree it should be the top priority.

You may have trouble getting the Fantasmic package for a dinner time slot. They seem to be mostly earlier in the day. So I would have a backup time in mind for that one, just in case.

Good thinking… I do have a back up lunch spot for later in my trip, but it’s a Saturday, so I thought it would be harder to snag. I’ll try both… maybe I’ll put it up on my list to 3rd before booking CRT!!!
Wanted to also flag Space 220 lounge (as compared to restaurant) as hard to get into and worth its spot at #1.
If CRT is really improtant I would move ahead of Ohana as it is earlier in your trip and you are trying for a narrow window. Ohana is more likely to show up.on a ressi finder as well as it is bigger overall.

This is what I hear
I was really hoping with the opening of Geo82 that the lounge availability would open… I’ll keep this on the #1 spot.
I got thinking about it… I am willing to give up my Tusker House and Fantasmic Hollywood & Vine to get into Storybook Dining.
I was given the opportunity to do the Animal Kingdom Trek Tour on my AK day, so I do not think I need Tusker House anymore.
Then, when I got thinking about it, the night I want to do Fantasmic is the day I am flying in and we were SOLELY going to Hollywood Studios to have dinner and go to Fantasmic… So I think we can do this just fine by waiting in line and having a good seat without the package.
EDITED - Here is my edited plan:
- Space 220 Lounge for Monday 8/25/25 - any time
- Ohana for Sunday 8/24/25 brunch 9am-12noon
- Cinderella’s Royal Table for Friday 8/22/25 lunch
- Akershus for Monday 8/25/25 between brunch 9am-12noon
- Story Book Dining for Thursday 8/21/25 - any time dinner
- Crystal Palace for Tuesday 8/26/25 between 11am-12pm

Now that I am on my computer, I can easily type with my fat sausage fingers (my fingers do not like my iphone buttons).
Here are my results in chronological order according to my trip:
- 8/20/25 - Story Book Dining at 6:50 PM. Booked this 5th. (success, I was aiming for anytime dinner)
- 8/21/25 - Wild Africa Trek at 12:30 PM. Booked this 8th. (failure, I was aiming for the morning slot… should have put this higher on my booking list… but still a WIN because I’m going).
- 8/22/25 - Cinderella’s Royal Table at 11:35 AM. Booked this 4th. (success, I was aiming for 11-noon)
- 8/23/25 - Fantasmic Package w/Hollywood & Vine at 11:30 AM. Booked this 3rd. (I say success, as this was my original plan before all my uncertainties & back/forth)
- 8/24/25 - Ohana at 9:55 AM. Booked this 2nd. (success, I was aiming for 9-noon)
- 8/24/25 - MNSSHP Garden View Dessert Party. Booked this 7th. (success)
- 8/25/25 - Space 220 Lounge, attempted this FIRST this morning. FAILURE, didn’t get it. Instead we’re just going to do a snack version of the “eat around the world” challenge.
- 8/26/25 - Crystal Palace at 11:30 AM. Booked this 6th. (success, I was aiming for 11-noon)
- 8/26/25 - Space 220 Lounge at 4:40 PM. Booked this 1st. (failure - see 8/25 above, I was trying for the day before this, but it was booked out 60 days + 6 days out for my trip… so the only reason I was able to snag this was because I am staying on property for 8 days).
- 8/27/25 - None. I decided to leave this day open, as it is my travel day.

I also wanted to clear up a confusion regarding Cinderella‘s Royal Table reservations. I got a lot of conflicting information about if you’re on the Disney dining plan if you had to pre-pay for this reservation or not (most people thought you had to pre-pay on your credit card and be reimbursed later).
When I logged in this morning, I selected CRT and confirmed my date and time, then this screen popped up allowing me to choose: 1) guarantee reservation by using using your dining plan, OR 2) pre-paying the full meal with your credit card.
I chose guaranteeing reservation using my dining plan. And then next screen asks you to put a credit card on file just in case you don’t make it.
I went to my credit card app and double checked, this meal was not charged to my card today.
So I think this clears it up, you do not need to pay in advance if you have the dining plan for Cinderella’s Royal Table.

They are often pretty behind here just FYI. Looks like you are just two adults so I assume you’ll be fine with it but I would be expecting to be seated closer to 7:30. But it’s my favorite meal on the entire property so you’ll love it!

Thanks for the insight. It’s our arrival day and we don’t fly in until 230, so I was trying for a 6pm or later slot… the app only showed 4 pm slots, the 5 pm was unavailable, then 650 was the next available. We literally have nothing else planned for that night, so I’m okay with it if they are seating us late!
