Account balance

I have an upcoming cruise that has on board credits from my travel agent. I’m not seeing an account balance in the Navigator app. Will this show up once on board?

I don’t think you can see them until you are onboard, but I’m sure someone more experienced than me can confirm. That said, be sure to check your folio when you are onboard to see if it’s there. Also, if you want to keep a copy of it, you need to download it before you disembark.
