A local wanders the World! A continuous sometimes live trip report

I saw this and figured he knows what’s what. But I can’t figure it out.

Oh wait: Living With the Land??

Unfortunately I am headed home today. Though I am not feeling good so wouldn’t be a good food sharer right now. I will be in Orlando in a month though, so we will definitely have to share some food booth food.

We loved the Behind the Seeds Tour! Our guide Abby was great! She made learning fun.

My DH loves plants and was very impressed with all the detail he learned about hydroponic planting.

This is Stanley, the only plant we were allowed to touch. The leaves move when you touch them! It was so cool, I want a Stanley!

I also now know why that woman jumped off the ride for a cucumber. They are pretty tasty

It was fun to be on the other side of all the plants

We also got to feed some fish but it took both hands so couldn’t get a picture.

This is the Mickey pepper plant. It’s the oldest plant in the greenhouse at 21.

If you haven’t done this tour yet and enjoy Living With The Land I would make time for it on your next visit.
