I’ve never tried poutine. Should I get the traditional or beef version at the festival, or should I save the stomach space for other festival foods and get something at The Daily Poutine instead? As much as I’d enjoy a nacho or butter chicken version, I’d like to go for something at least semi-traditional the first time.
First poutine should be just beef gravy and cheese curds. After that, go wild!
