Just got the 2024 Guide. Swan & Dolphin section contradictory on transportation. Page 156 (2nd paragraph) states: “All three resorts are served by Disney transportation to the theme parks…” yet page 158 warns “that the S & D don’t use Disney bus transportation”. WHICH IS IT (based off recent comments, sounds like the negative is true)?

They use their own buses now. But they are still way better than any of the shuttle services used by offsite hotels.
For MK this means being dropped at the TTC since their buses don’t go to the bus station next to MK. For AK you actually get dropped closer than the Disney operated buses.

We walked to the Boardwalk or Yacht Club for the bus to Magic Kingdom.

Last week on the boat from BW to IG we heard the captain say, “The last stop will be the Swalphon”
