In 2018 (or 2017?) it didn’t happen until 10/6
They did a Canadian residents offer in the last 2-3 days. Noticed it yesterday. 20% off tickets when you purchase 4-days or more.

You don’t need to have activated it yet to see the AP discounts, as long as it is linked to your MDE account. I have an AP that is not yet activated as well, but I can see the AP discounts.
I was hoping for the play, stay, and dine promo. Should I wait?!

Welcome! I am pretty sure Disney let’s you switch to other promotions if they are offered. That way people don’t wait for a better offer.
