I just checked out the 2017 Disney Dining Guide and saw that Chefs De France and Les Halles are not listed in the quick service or table service lists. What gives? They’re both my favorites!
List of participating restaurants is not usually finalised until closer to the end of the year, especially if Disney does not own the restaurant. I wouldn’t worry about it at the moment

As ^^ they have to renegotiate contracts every year. Until the next years contract is signed wdw can’t advertise it. Some don’t appear on lists until the Jan
Yes, WAY too early to be concerned. I wouldn’t start paying much attention to the list until at least November.
