1 BR BWV Views

When using the TP Room Finder, I noticed that when I was looking at a couple of things…

  1. When looking for a standard view, there was one room that looks at the back of Leaping Horse Libations. Is this really considered standard view??

  2. The other one I was looking at when looking at a garden view through the Room Finder, there was one 1BR that actually looked out over the courtyard. Is this really considered a garden view and not a Boardwalk view??

Decisions, decisions….

Yes, for number 2, they don’t consider that courtyard view as a Boardwalk view because it is off to the side. But, it is a lot of luck in getting those, so I wouldn’t count on it. We put in a room request for that before, to no avail. Very few of those rooms!

I do think there are some rooms facing toward the pool that are standard view because you can’t actually see the pool. Not sure. We actually much prefer to have a standard view that faces the driveway area, and be close to the lobby and elevators!

In the end, I think you can’t go wrong anywhere there though!

I agree with this. Every part of the resort has an advantage, whether proximity to HS, EP, or the lobby / transportation. Almost all of the views are lovely.

I would add that regardless of where your room is, find the stairways near your room if you can use them. If you are at the end of the hallway, you can exit 1/2 way to HS, and enter through that same door on your way back. Or, you can find a door that leads directly to a pool.

Enjoy!

Agree. The year DD was in a wheelchair BWV was a bit problematic. Otherwise, the stairs make everything very easy.
