I have a “split” reservation in October. The first night is a stand alone reservation at the Contemporary Garden Wing - Standard View. The next 4 nights are a reservation at the Contemporary Garden Wing - Garden View with the magic your way package. My TA said that the two reservations will be linked and I will likely not have to move rooms but get to stay where I am. With this being said how do I request via the TP fax room request since I am in two different categories (i.e. Standard view first vs Garden view second)? The standard views are of the parking lot I believe and the garden views are of the pool or bay lake which we would prefer! Any suggestions?
I would put the request in for your 2nd stay and add the reservation number of the one night to it.
