I have read the website but would like to hear from those of you that have first hand experience with how it works.
Am responding to my own post to bring it back to the top. Has anyone had experience with how riding the rides works? Is it like Disney where get a return time? Just trying to be prepared.
We have visited Universal twice with my daughter, who has autism. It was much easier than Disney! We visited the “guest services” office our first day and they gave us a “Fast Pass” sort of ticket. For most rides, we just skipped the line - with no come back time. For the most popular ride, like Despicable Me, they gave us a come back time. It worked really well for us - no complaints!
