The only issue I had was not knowing where to pick up my order at CRSC. One of the CMs directed me to a certain location where I waited and waited and waited. Finally I asked someone there about it, and she directed me to another section where my food had been waiting and getting cold.
Where I was waiting there was actually a sign saying something to the effect of “mobile pickup” with an arrow pointing where I was directed by the original CM. Apparently the arrow was intended to mean not “right here” but “way over there.”
