Looking at the crowd calendar for first week of June 2018 for Hollywood Studios, and it’s the only park showing 9’s for several days, and never dropping below 8. Has the algorithm already been adjusted projecting that that could be shortly after Toy Story Land opens? Or, is it still supposed to be in construction, making less room to walk around?
Somewhere between May and July is when TSL is “expected” to open, so that might be the case. CL is strictly a function of predicted wait times, not how crowded a park “feels”, so closed areas really have no impact.
