It keeps telling me to enter my address in the address box, even though my address is typed in the box. How do I fix?

Make sure there are no blanks or spaces in the email field. The auto complete on my phone puts a space after my email address and I get an error if I forget to delete the space.
They sent same one as last year
I requested one!

@qwerty6 - did you request a DVD? I cant even find a place to do this. As far as I can tell the videos are only available for streaming on their website.

Its mostly like they stopped providing DVDs just like paper mail because its all available online…
