Just wanted to let everyone know the crowds at HS and Epcot are larger than usual right now–we went and said “goodbye” to the Backlot Tour at HS yesterday morning, and the guards at the bag-check stations were holding the crowds back because the gate lines were backed up all the way to their areas before opening. I’ve never seen it like that mid-week in Sept!
We also went over to Epcot to ride Maelstrom and see Mo’Rockin’ and Off Kilter before they all disappear, and again, crowds were a bit more than I expected. It is Food and Wine, but still, it was Wed! Expect larger than average crowds through this weekend at least, and possibly the next week as well, as Maelstrom is closing 10/5. Good luck!
